Commercial High-Capacity Tracked Jaw Crusher with Kubota Diesel Power
The TYPHON StoneKrusher K3 is the commercial heavy-duty flagship of the KONSTRUCTZ stone crushing series. Operating at 8,378 lbs (3,800 kg), this self-contained tracked crushing plant is built for high-volume demolition contractors, recycling yards, quarry operators, and commercial site prep crews.
At the heart of the K3 is the Japanese Kubota D1105 three-cylinder diesel engine outputting 25.47 HP (19 kW) at 2,350 RPM. Paired with a commercial plunger pump and gear pump hydraulic system, the K3 delivers high crushing torque to fracture dense granite, hard river rock, and heavily reinforced concrete slabs.
The K3 boasts the largest feed inlet in the lineup at 9.84 × 15.75 inches (250 × 400 mm), accepting rock and concrete chunks up to 9.06 × 15.0 inches (230 × 380 mm). This large throat eliminates secondary breaking labor on the jobsite, allowing excavators to feed rubble directly into the 14.13 ft³ (0.4 m³) feed hopper.
With dual-speed hydraulic travel motors, the K3 trams over rough ground at up to 2.49 mph. Its heavy-duty 15.75-inch wide conveyor discharges up to 10 tons of clean, sized aggregate per hour, with output adjustable from 0.79 up to 2.36 inches (20 to 60 mm).
Three critical engineering decisions that translate into lower operating costs and higher jobsite throughput.
Dual-unit specifications (US Standard primary, Metric secondary) verified for commercial procurement and jobsite validation.
